2020 here we come! Algeria is out of the woods, at least politically. Economically, not so much. Libya is worse in all categories. There are no politics, the war is ongoing, and now the oil has stopped. Mauritania is settling into a new post-Aziz rhythm. Ghazouani is getting more comfortable. Security still seems assured. And the oil sector is slowing, but not dramatically so.
